SHIPPING & HANDLING
- How long is processing, shipping and handling?
- Processing takes 2 to 3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. All processing orders are Monday- Friday only. If ordered on Friday after 1pm your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.
- Domestic Express Shipping 2 to 3 business days. (Depending on Location)
- Domestic Flat Rate Shipping 5 to 7 business days (Depending on Location)
- All packages are shipped and delivered with USPS. Business days Monday- Friday
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
You will receive a tracking # 24 hours after your order is processed. Package tracking will be with www.USPS.com. The tracking # will be in you PayPal email. If you haven’t received tracking please contact us at 202.819.9080.
CHANGING ORDERS
To Ensure orders are processed and shipped out accordingly, we do not allow any changes or adjustments to orders once your payment is complete.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you receive your order and would like to make a change please feel free to contact us at THEJASMINEKELLYCOLLECTION@gmail.com. When shipping back please include your order number and details of exchange. No cash funds are allowed. We find that we have a very low return rate and pride ourselves on delivering the Best High Quality Mink Brazilian Hair that we offer. However, we understand hair orders, lengths, textures etc. can be mixed up at times. So we will gladly exchange it up to 7 business days. For extensions that haven’t been opened or tampered with. Please leave all hair wraps and tags pr the return won’t be processed.
